Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Customized branded boxes can be provided upon presentation of authorization letters for legally registered patents.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We require T/T 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due before delivery. Product and package photos are provided before the final balance is paid.
What delivery terms do you offer?
Our standard delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Delivery usually takes 7 to 20 days after receipt of advance payment. The specific timeframe depends on the order items and quantity.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide free OEM services. ODM services are also available for volume orders to meet specific design requirements.
How is the quality of the products tested?
Every product undergoes more than 6 to 8 hours of aging and strict testing protocols before dispatch to ensure optimal performance.
